U.S. Passport Information
For U.S. Passport assistance, Perry International charges $100 per application submitted. This does not include government fees or return shipping.
Beginning Feb 1st, a new U.S. Passport Card became available in addition to the traditional U.S. Passport Book. The passport card will NOT be valid for any international air travel. It will be valid for land and sea crossings between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean only. The passport card will be cheaper than a passport book, but it is much more limited in use.
- Select Passport Book - to apply for the traditional passport book that is valid for all international travel.
- Select Passport Card - to apply for the new passport card that is only valid for land and sea crossings between the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Bermuda and the Caribbean.

NOTE: All persons must have their own passports, including infants. If you are behind in child support payments, you will not be able to get a passport. See Child Support .
